Why MentorcliQ
MentorcliQ is looking for an experienced, data-driven Director of Revenue Operations to lead the operational engine behind our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This hands-on leadership role will own the systems, processes, data and operating rhythms that enable Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Finance teams to execute more effectively.
This position will report to the CRO and be responsible for improving GTM efficiency, increasing operational rigor, and creating greater visibility into business performance leveraging innovative AI solutions across the teams. You'll partner closely with executive and revenue leadership, maintaining day-to-day alignment with Marketing Operations to improve lead generation, strengthen system connectivity, enhance forecasting, optimize GTM workflows, and improve weekly reporting cadences.
The ideal candidate is a builder and operator who enjoys solving complex business problems, turning data into action, and driving continuous improvement. You are equally comfortable advising leadership teams, improving cross-functional processes, and rolling up your sleeves to enhance systems and workflows. You are also excited about leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity, insights, and decision-making across the revenue organization.
About the team
Revenue Operations will be critical to the growth of MentorcliQ in the market. The function will coordinate designing of the process, scale the systems, and produce the analytics and strategic recommendations that let Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support work cleanly.
Today, this work is distributed across multiple people. This role pulls it together under one strong builder, strategic thinker, and analytical leader.
What You’ll Do
GTM Operations & Efficiency
- Build and continuously improve the operating model that supports MentorcliQ's Go-to-Market organization.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Finance leaders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, alignment, and execution.
- Design scalable processes and workflows that improve pipeline management, sales execution, customer expansion, retention, and the overall customer lifecycle.
- Drive operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, capacity planning, and revenue performance management.
Systems, Data & Technology
- Own the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of MentorcliQ's GTM technology ecosystem.
- Lead and develop the Salesforce Administrator while managing internal and external resources supporting our revenue systems.
- Ensure our CRM, sales, marketing, customer success, and AI productivity platforms are scalable, well-adopted, and aligned with business needs.
- Improve data quality, system adoption, integrations, and workflow automation across the revenue organization.
Business Intelligence & Planning
- Build reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics that provide leadership with visibility into GTM performance and business health.
- Own insights across key SaaS metrics, including ARR, pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, customer retention, and GTM efficiency.
- Translate data into recommendations that improve business decisions and outcomes.
- Partner with Finance on forecasting, planning, and executive reporting.
- Executive Partnership & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Revenue Leadership Team.
- Lead recurring pipeline and performance reviews.
- Identify operational challenges and opportunities before they impact business performance.
- Drive accountability around GTM processes, metrics, and execution.
- Help MentorcliQ leverage AI and automation to improve how our revenue teams operate.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will:
- Ideate and create AI agents that streamline internal processes, automate updating of systems and workflows that create efficiencies within GTM (removing manual and duplication of data entry).
- Segment and ICP analysis of signals, win / loss trends that help new and growth sales leadership drive higher win rates and predictable forecasts (90%+ accuracy).
- Increase predictability of forecasting by analyzing historical conversion rates, creating visibility and action to improve conversion across the sales process.
- Establish scalable reporting, processes, and operating rhythms across Revenue teams.
- Strengthen adoption and effectiveness of our GTM systems and technology.
- Become a trusted operational advisor to the CRO, Revenue Leadership Team, and Finance.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
- 3-5+ years leading Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional GTM teams.
- Experience managing Salesforce administrators, operations resources, or technology partners.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, pipeline coverage, win rates, ASP, and forecast accuracy.
- Experience with revenue forecasting, territory planning, capacity planning, and sales compensation.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience optimizing GTM systems, processes, and data governance.
- Experience working in a high-growth or private equity-backed software company preferred.
- Track record of building and leveraging AI for business optimization and revenue improvement, including creating a roadmap of building and managing AI in our daily operational rhythm.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight.
- Experience with Marketo and LeanData a plus (partnership with marketing operations).
