MentorcliQ is looking for a Director of Talent Management to lead our company-wide talent strategy, ensuring we develop, grow, and retain top talent. This is a critical leadership role responsible for performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. We’re looking for a people-centric leader experienced in designing and delivering simple, effective programs that drive higher engagement, performance, mobility, and retention.

What You’ll Do

Performance Management

  • Oversee and optimize our company-wide performance review process
  • Equip managers with practical tools and training to deliver timely, candid feedback and conduct effective performance conversations
  • Oversee the design and delivery of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), ensuring plans are well-structured, measurable, and focused on supporting employee growth while protecting the business
  • Guide managers through corrective actions, documentation, and performance-related decisions in partnership with external HR and Legal advisors, where necessary
  • Analyze performance data/trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities

Learning & Development

  • Partner with functional leaders to develop a thoughtful learning and development strategy aligned with MentorcliQ’s proprietary frameworks, employee needs, and business priorities
  • Build high-impact employee development programs that deepen skills, strengthen manager effectiveness, and prepare high-potential employees for expanded roles
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure clear career paths and development frameworks that support internal mobility and succession planning

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Develop and lead an employee engagement strategy that prioritizes employee well-being and a high performance culture
  • Own the employee engagement survey process, including design, rollout, analysis, and action planning
  • Partner with leaders to translate feedback into focused, measurable action plans, holding leaders accountable for follow-through
  • Monitor engagement trends, retention data, and exit feedback to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Provide regular insights to executive leadership on engagement and culture trend

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with significant hands-on experience in performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments (prior experience in a PE-backed company is a plus)
  • Proven experience designing and scaling performance management programs, including performance reviews, calibration processes, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and corrective action practices
  • Demonstrated success building learning and development programs that build skills, improve manager effectiveness, and support internal mobility
  • Experience launching and evolving employee engagement strategies, including survey design, action planning, and measurable follow-up
  • Strong track record of using talent data (engagement, retention, performance trends) to drive decisions and improve outcomes
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence leaders and drive accountability
