MentorcliQ is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to be the primary point-of-contact for a portfolio of clients, driving long-term client satisfaction and retention. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with stakeholders and have a direct impact on client ROI through mentorship programs. You will be responsible for strategically growing and expanding client relationships through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
What You’ll Do
Own and Grow Enterprise Accounts
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of global enterprise clients.
- Build strong, multi-level relationships across HR, L&D, DEI, and business leadership.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business goals.
Drive Client Success and Retention
- Lead executive business reviews focused on outcomes and ROI.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure program success and adoption.
- Identify risks early and implement plans to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
Expand Client Relationships
- Uncover and execute expansion opportunities across divisions and geographies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on account growth strategies.
- Manage renewal and expansion negotiations with executive stakeholders and procurement.
- Align internal teams around client goals, delivery, and roadmap priorities.
- Share client insights to inform product and strategy decisions.
- Act as the voice of the customer within MentorcliQ.
Who You Are
The ideal Enterprise Account Manager is customer-centric, collaborative, resilient, and a strategic thinker who brings their Ambitious, Thoughtful, Helpful, and Fun nature to work every day. You’ll also bring:
- 3+ years of success in B2B enterprise or SaaS sales, consistently exceeding quarterly revenue goals.
- Proven success in managing a book of business and achieving retention and expansion targets.
- Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with CHROs, CLOs, and senior HR and procurement leaders.
- Experience driving account planning, renewal strategy, and multi-year partnership growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business data into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
