MentorcliQ is looking for an Account Manager to be the primary point-of-contact for a portfolio of clients, driving long-term client satisfaction and retention. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with stakeholders and have a direct impact on client ROI through mentorship programs. You will be responsible for strategically growing and expanding client relationships through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a Book of Business with a quota, serving as the primary point of contact for buyers/decision-makers within enterprise-level organizations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure we’re delivering the right value to clients so we can retain and grow them
  • Identify and execute on cross-selling and upselling opportunities in order to meet established growth quotas
  • Manage the entire client renewal process
  • Support quarterly business review meetings with client stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Own ongoing contract management with clients, revising and updating client agreements as needed, with the assistance of a dedicated, internal Contracts Team

Who You Are

The ideal Account Manager is someone who exemplifies MentorcliQ’s values and brings their Ambitious, Thoughtful, Helpful, and Fun nature to work every day and in every client interaction. You’ll also bring:

  • 3+ years of experience managing HR SaaS contracts and clients
  • Comfortable managing your own book of business and being held accountable to metrics related to renewals, retention, and cross-selling and upselling quotas
  • Experience managing 20 – 40 accounts, including mid-market and enterprise-level clients
  • Proven track record of helping accounts reach initial goals, leading to renewal and expansion to other areas of value (via purchases of different products or for other divisions/departments within the enterprise)
  • Comfortable serving as a quarterback for communication between sales, service, executive management, and key client stakeholders
