About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for driving brand awareness and buyer engagement committed to keeping us at the top with creative and evolving plays. Reporting to the Director Digital Marketing, you will execute the digital marketing strategy in coordination with the Marketing Team. Key Responsibilities

Support the Director of Digital Marketing in planning and executing digital campaigns that align with organizational goals and audience needs (integrated campaigns).

Manage day-to-day execution of digital advertising (Google Ads, paid social, display) — including setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting.

Execute direct, hands-on edits, content updates, and technical maintenance within the WordPress CMS, including the formatting, QA, and publishing of blogs, landing pages, and web copy.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing team and digital marketing agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all channels.

Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and make recommendations to improve ROI and engagement.

Act as a core liaison for web design and UX, translating content and design needs into wireframes for net new web pages or working with a web vendor to execute the vision.

Coordinate SEO initiatives, including a focus on WCAG accessibility guidelines, and contribute to content and website optimization to strengthen Watermark’s online visibility.
Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in digital marketing

Experience managing digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, display).

Proven technical and tactical expertise in WordPress, including directly editing, managing, and publishing content on a brand/company website.A strong baseline understanding of all core digital channels (paid, organic, and social).

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proven experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and/or Looker Studio to generate insights and inform decisions.

Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications

SaaS or B2B marketing experience.

Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and a mindset of optimizing all web content for accessibility.

Experience running paid campaigns and using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, 6sense, and Qualified.

Higher education or EdTech industry experience is a plus.
Watermark is committed to fair and equitable pay practices for all qualified candidates. The pay range for this role is $75K - $85K and varies based on several factors including geographical location, level of experience related to the role, education/ licensure/certificates of the individual filling the role and other business and operational considerations. Candidates must prove authorization to work in the US.
