The Emerging Talent Internship Program seeks top, diverse talent to help support our client startups by adding your unique perspective to directly influence their business. In return, you’ll gain valuable experience and prepare for a future that you’re passionate about.

The Business Intelligence & Client Support Intern will support both Rev1’s internal data initiatives and venture studio operations (primarily at our Rev1 Labs location on Kinnear Road). This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the data and processes that inform Rev1’s strategy and impact, as well as directly support startup clients in a front desk/concierge capacity.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence, this team member will work cross-functionally with the Business Intelligence and Venture Platform teams to support data management and reporting, location management, and special projects that contribute to the success of Rev1’s startups and innovation ecosystem.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with data cleanup, verification, and data hygiene to ensure high-quality reporting across teams.

• Analyze internal program and startup performance data to support reporting and impact measurement.

• Support data visualization and reporting initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Assist with operational support for our Rev1 Labs location on Kinnear Road, including front desk duties, visitor management, and relevant client management tasks (answer questions, escalate issues, assist residents, etc.)

• Support Rev1 Labs event support and operational tasks as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field

• Comfort learning new tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Afternoon availability across multiple weekdays; you’re free in blocks of time, ideally including between 1:00pm to 4:00pm.  Days and times can be flexible to some extent

• A self-starter who is comfortable working individually.  You’ll often staff the Rev1 Labs front desk while working on Business Intelligence projects and tasks

• Strong communication skills and adaptability to not only work directly with clients/residents, but also translate data and research into clear insights for the Rev1 team

• An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute across teams

• Interest in startups, venture capital, and innovation ecosystems

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Internship Timeline: 2026 Fall Internship; August 21st through end of December; potential to extend if business need exists and performance is exceptional

Schedule: Part-Time, 10-20 hours/week (mainly afternoon hours), primarily on-site role at Rev1 Labs, with flexibility to meet/work at Rev1 at The Peninsula location when necessary.
