Successful startups start with people. The Talent Engagement Coordinator will support the Managing Director of Talent and Inclusion** **in implementing inclusive talent strategies for our clients and our team. For our clients, you’ll support the sourcing and placement of strategic leaders as well as coordinate Rev1’s Innovation Internship Program, which connects students into startup intern roles. For the Rev1 team, you will support the attraction and placement of top talent while working closely with hiring managers to guide them through the hiring process and assist with onboarding.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage the Rev1 client talent hiring process to place strategic leaders: from role identification to sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews; providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers along the way.

· Leverage Rev1’s hiring assessment tools, questionnaires and hiring rubric to thoroughly qualify candidates. Assist with Executive Network program deliverables, including managing Spinout Showcase events.

· Coordinate Rev1’s Innovation Internship Program including the communications, recruitment, hiring and engagement processes that place roles within startups and measure their impact. Provide client support for scoping intern roles within companies, as well as onboarding support for intern talent to ensure a successful experience.

· Support delivery of a cohort environment for interns, facilitating networking opportunities, managing student education and professional development sessions; Source student mentors to provide 1:1 support and guidance to interns.

· Support expanded outreach to enroll a broader group of interns and startups into the Innovation Internship the program, with a focus on matching more women and minority talent with Rev1’s clients. Support efforts to expand college and university awareness and access to the program: coordinate outreach activities and messaging; support creation and management Near Peer Mentor Program, connecting high school juniors and seniors with Rev1 Innovation Interns.

· Support the attraction and placement of top talent within Rev1, while working closely with hiring managers to guide them through the hiring process and assist with onboarding.

· Manage tracking of talent impact metrics to support report out to all stakeholders, including staying up to date with the talent market trends

· Support building and maintaining a client-facing hiring toolkit, including role descriptions and hiring and onboarding plans

What You’ll Bring:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other relevant field.

· 1+ year experience in human resources or business acumen. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

· A customer centric mindset with strong attention to detail

· Strong administrative and program management skills with proven ability to utilize MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, data management systems, etc.

· The ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously

· Experience in functioning in a fast-pace, data driven, hybrid environment while collaborating with a diverse team.
