Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software across both frontend and backend systems. You will contribute to architecture, lead development efforts, and ensure best practices across the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
- Build and optimize backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and GraphQL
- Develop modern user interfaces with React and Next.js
- Contribute to mobile applications built with React Native, Expo
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using TypeScript
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers
- Debug performance issues and improve system reliability
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional software development experience (full stack preferred)
- Strong expertise with:
- Node.js, Express.js
- React, Next.js
- GraphQL APIs
- React Native / Expo
- TypeScript
- Experience building scalable, production-grade systems
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ownership mindset: proactive, responsible, and self-driven
Good to Have
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Prior experience working in agile development environments.
