Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Data Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and optimize analytics frameworks and data pipelines that power business insights across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data modeling, ETL development, and business intelligence tools, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to turn data into strategic value.
This role will partner with Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams to ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and scalability of reAlpha’s analytics infrastructure in support of high-quality business reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data analytics frameworks to process, transform, and visualize business data.
● Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows to consolidate data from multiple systems (databases, APIs, CRMs, and files).
● Develop automated dashboards and management reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
● Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business performance insights.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data models aligned with business goals.
● Perform data validation, quality checks, and maintain consistency across reporting systems.
● Optimize queries and data processes to improve performance and efficiency.
● Partner with data engineers to enhance pipelines and ensure high-quality, reliable data availability.
● Document data models, flows, and dashboard structures for scalability and maintainability.
● Provide ad hoc analytics and insights to support leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
● Certifications in data analytics or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) are an added advantage.
Experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
● Strong experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics pipeline management.
● Proven ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
● Prior experience working in a multinational or technology-driven environment is preferred.
Skills & Tools
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and major databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle).
● Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
● Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
● Knowledge of data governance, validation, and accuracy frameworks.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities independently.
