As a full-stack engineer at Naamche, you'll be a key player in our team of talented engineers and designers. Job Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining web and mobile applications using ReactJS/NextJS and optionally, React Native
- Working on the backend infrastructure using NodeJS. You will be working with both REST and GraphQL API paradigms.
- Collaborating with the product and design team to define, design, and ship new features
- Communicating with clients in the US to understand project requirements and presenting application demo to the stakeholders
- Writing unit tests and ensuring that the application has good test coverage
- Identifying and fixing bugs to ensure a smooth user experience
Job Requirements
Skill Set
- You should be proficient in ReactJS and NextJS. You should be able to show examples of applications you have worked on. Experience of mobile development with React Native is a plus.
- You detest writing JS code without using Typescript and you go to great lengths to make the code type-strong.
- You have experience with NodeJS or a similar backend technology. If backend is not your strong suit but you are a great Frontend ninja, we encourage you to still apply.
- You possess excellent communication skills in English and are confident in presenting your work to stakeholders
- You have a passion for developing products, not just writing softwares, i.e. you think beyond the JIRA tickets assigned to you and try to understand the business objective behind the software.
- You don’t shy away from providing feedback to your colleagues and you don’t get offended when you receive constructive criticism.
- You take your own initiatives and don’t wait on your supervisor to tell you what to do
Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in Full stack engineering roles
