Role Overview
We are hiring an Associate Manager, Performance Marketing to support our Head of Performance Marketing in executing and optimizing paid acquisition with a singular focus on top-of-funnel volume and conversion. The role partners closely with Design, Product, and Engineering, across Nepal and the U.S.,to launch disciplined tests, evolve landing experiences, and rapidly scale what works.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign execution & channel hygiene optimization: Launch, monitor and optimize campaigns across Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, and new channels such as TikTok, Reddit, and Quora. Maintain channel hygiene through proper budgets management, pacing, auction strategies, audiences, exclusions, tracking parameters, and naming conventions.
- Performance analysis & strategic recommendations: Translate data into prioritized actions to improve key success metrics, including, conversion, cost per acquisition; with clear weekly and monthly performance reports, insights reports to support strategic analysis.
- Own conversion experimentation and key performance optimization: Design and execute a rapid test plan across creative, messaging, and landing experiences. Define hypotheses, run experiments, and scale winners. Lead analysis and on-page improvements using tools such as Optibase, Optimizely/VWO, and Hotjar. Build and iterate pages in collaboration with Design.
- Leverage AI to increase speed and results. Evaluate and pilot AI tools to streamline creative and copy iteration, audience research, quality assurance, and campaign optimization.
- Partner cross-functionally for tracking & data integrity: Collaborate with Product and Engineering on tracking, pixels, data feeds, and implementation details to ensure reliable measurement and reporting.

- Growth in qualified top-of-funnel volume and conversion rate by priority channel.
- Reduced cost of acquisition with clear contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Demonstrable lifts from experiments and landing page improvements each quarter.
- Reliable tracking and attribution across analytics tools and advertising platforms.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing paid media for acquisition outcomes.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta; familiarity with LinkedIn and emerging channels (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, Quora). Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn findings into clear recommendations and decisive actions.
- Experience designing and running split tests and multivariate tests; comfort with experimental design and basic statistics.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and effective in fast weekly optimization cycles; clear communicator who works well with Design, Product, and Engineering.
