Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Strategy team. The role focuses on financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and corporate development, supporting budgeting, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence, and post-acquisition integration. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. This position is suited for professionals eager to deepen their expertise in financial planning and transaction analysis within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast.
  • Build and maintain financial models to analyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability at both entity and consolidated levels.
  • Support annual budget cycles, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Contribute to M&A due diligence by analyzing target company financials, preparing valuation models, and assessing strategic and operational fit.
  • Assist in preparing investment memoranda, board presentations, and executive summaries related to acquisitions.
  • Support post-acquisition integration by tracking financial performance and aligning reporting processes.
  • Partner with Strategy, Operations, and Business Unit leaders to deliver insights highlighting risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
  • Drive process improvements by standardizing reports and automating recurring workflows.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications like CFA or ACCA are an added advantage (not mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting.
  • Experience with valuation methodologies, transaction analysis, and due diligence.
  • Exposure to high-growth, multinational, or public-company environments is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or other reporting and visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring deliverables independently.
