About the Role

We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. This role combines base pay with commissions and is designed for someone eager to build a career in SaaS sales. You’ll focus on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals in collaboration with our senior sales leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage pipelines through proactive outbound, inbound follow-up, and relationship-driven prospecting.

  • Take full ownership of CRM setup and day-to-day usage, including building pipelines, automations, and workflows that scale your sales efforts.

  • Design, launch, and continuously optimize email campaigns and outreach sequences to increase response rates and conversions. Run discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle.

  • Keep CRM data clean, structured, and actionable to support reporting, forecasting, and team visibility.

  • Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and processes to improve efficiency and results.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and customer success to refine sales strategy and feedback loops.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of sales or business development experience (internships count).

  • Highly self-directed—you see gaps and proactively build systems to solve them.

  • Confident working hands-on with CRMs, including setting up workflows, automations, pipelines, and reporting (no engineering or coding required). Able to design, launch, and iterate on email campaigns and outbound sequences to support prospecting and deal progression.

  • A clear, confident communicator with a consultative mindset. Thrive in early-stage or fast-moving environments with minimal red tape.
