About the Role
We’re hiring a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role combines
base pay with commissions and is designed for someone eager to build a career in SaaS sales.
You’ll focus on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals in collaboration with our
senior sales leaders.
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000
- Commission: 10% on all sales during the first 12 months
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new leads through outreach (phone, email, events, and networking).
- Present Razi’s solutions to prospects and manage the full sales cycle.
- Schedule and conduct demos, working closely with the product and success teams.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Keep detailed notes and activity updates in the CRM.
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of prior sales or business development experience preferred (internships
- count).
- Strong communicator with a consultative approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Goal-driven, coachable, and excited to grow with the company.
