The Role

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer to help lead development on our flagship product and push our platform to the next level. You’ll build core product features, design scalable APIs, and own high-impact modules across the stack - from automated document workflows to integrations with underwriters, county data, and CRM systems.

This is a Central Ohio–based position, with in-office work at Rev1 Ventures in Columbus. We support hybrid flexibility, but this is an on-site-by-default role for team collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Build core application features using Django, React, and PostgreSQL
• Design APIs, database models, and workflow logic for complex title production processes
• Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to solve real-world title challenges with code
• Lead new initiatives such as escrow accounting, document automation, and client portals
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and performance
• Contribute to architectural decisions and scaling strategies across the platform

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of full stack development experience
• Expertise with:
  • Django (or similar modern Python frameworks)
  • React (or comparable frontend frameworks)
  • PostgreSQL (or other relational databases)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product development
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and GCP or other cloud platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Based in Central Ohio, with the ability to work on-site with the rest of the team
• Flexible and self-directed, with openness to hybrid/remote days as needed

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in title, mortgage, or real estate tech
• Familiarity with OCR, e-signature, or document generation workflows
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of Django REST Framework
