With existing partners, including NASA, American Electric Power, Shell, and the U.S. Department of Energy, the company is poised for rapid growth in the coming decade.

The Role

Summer Business & Strategy Intern (Columbus) Power to Hydrogen is seeking a Summer Business & Strategy Intern to join the team and help get our innovative, green hydrogen technology to market. The focus of the internship will be to provide support, research, material preparation, and strategic advice to our Chief Commercial Officer and executive team as they work to develop customer and investor partnerships for this highly technical product

· Conduct secondary market research to identify attractive geographical and industry markets, as well as customer pain points.

· Support the development of our commercial and go-to-market strategy.

· Conduct internet research to identify potential customers, investors, and other collaboration opportunities. May perform limited outreach activities over email and LinkedIn to connect with these parties.

· Develop power point presentations for customers and investors.

· Write business and technical answers for grant and funding proposals related to topics like what is your unique value proposition? What are your target markets? What problems are you solving?

· Develop financial models to quantify the benefits of our technology for individual customers and investors.

Desired Qualifications/Skills

· Pursuing or received a degree in engineering or business. Priority given to candidates in dual degree programs for business and engineering. Undergraduate or Graduate positions are available.

· Familiarity or experience building financial models

· Strong powerpoint design skills

· Clear writing skills

· Some amount of experience with startups or business design competitions is desired, but not required. Priority given to students involved in entrepreneurial programming in school.

· Self-starter

· Passion for science

· Interest in sustainability/climate-focused technology

Details

This Business Intern position is intended to be a paid, full-time role based out of our Worthington, Ohio office, 15 minutes north of downtown Columbus.
