About MVA Energy: HCTNS / MVA Energy marks a new beginning, integrating and expanding the successful U.S. operations of IEN HanChang, a leading Korean power equipment company. We are relocating our established West Coast transformer services and logistics business (HCTNS) to Ohio and launching a new manufacturing and energy solutions venture (MVA Energy), making Columbus our consolidated U.S. headquarters. Mission: To integrate HCTNS's service/repair operations with MVA Energy's new assembly business, maximizing efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction for all transformer-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrated Process Development: Establish and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both new transformer assembly (MVA) and repair/field services (HCTNS).
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee integrated production planning, materials and inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Quality & Safety: Implement a unified QC system and ensure safety compliance across the consolidated workshop.
• Field Service Operations: Manage the scheduling, dispatch, and reporting for the field service team.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in production, quality, or field service operations in the transformer or heavy electrical equipment industry.
• Demonstrated experience designing and improving operational processes.
• Experience with ERP or MES systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams.

Bicultural Environment:

• Collaboration with the Korean HQ is required. Understanding of bicultural business environments is necessary; proficiency in Korean or a willingness to learn is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• A competitive base salary.
• An annual cash bonus, representing 5-15% of the annual salary, based on performance.
• Eligibility for LTIP and a full benefits package.
