About MVA Energy: HCTNS / MVA Energy marks a new beginning, integrating and expanding the successful U.S. operations of IEN HanChang, a leading Korean power equipment company. We are relocating our established West Coast transformer services and logistics business (HCTNS) to Ohio and launching a new manufacturing and energy solutions venture (MVA Energy), making Columbus our consolidated U.S. headquarters. We aim to become a comprehensive energy solutions provider, covering everything from manufacturing and sales to rental and servicing of transformers and switchgear. Mission: To provide premier executive support, enabling the CEO to focus on the core strategy and growth of the integrated entity (HCTNS & MVA Energy). To establish a stable and efficient work environment by overseeing all HR, general affairs, and administrative functions for the Columbus office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistant: Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and international/domestic travel; prepare necessary materials and handle related communications.
- Office Management: Take full responsibility for the integrated office operations at Rev1 Ventures, including facility coordination, office supply and asset management, and vendor relations.
- HR & General Affairs: Support new hire onboarding, assist in establishing initial HR policies, and manage expense reporting and basic AR/AP for the consolidated entity.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or MS 365.
Bicultural Environment:
- This role requires close collaboration with our Korean headquarters. A deep understanding of and respect for both U.S. and Korean business cultures is essential. Proficiency in Korean is a significant plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- A competitive base salary positioned at the top of the market.
- An annual cash bonus, representing 5-15% of the annual salary, awarded after performance evaluation against individual and team goals.
