Job Title: Healthy Roster Sales Representative (Remote)

Location: Remote (Must reside in the United States)

Compensation: $70,000 OTE (on-target earnings)

Travel: Occasional travel (3-6 weeks per year, 2-4 days at a time for trade shows)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a charismatic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in promoting our platform to athletic trainers and sports organizations. While experience as an athletic trainer and previous usage of our platform are both seen as advantages, we value strong communication skills and a passion for the industry above all else.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the athletic training and sports sectors.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Healthy Roster.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
• Attend athletic training trade shows and events to represent Healthy Roster and generate leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to effectively communicate Healthy Roster’s unique value.

Qualifications:

• Charismatic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the athletic training profession; experience as an athletic trainer is a bonus but not required.
• Familiarity with Healthy Roster is a plus.
• Proven sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.
