Color-coded labs is a tech training bootcamp designed to create a direct pipeline for underrepresented talent. We seek to provide technical skills that provide equitable career paths for diverse talent while providing partnership or placement opportunities for talent. We target the underrepresented tech force made up of african-americans, latinx, and new americans who are looking for career advancement. Job opportunities outpace the number of skilled workers, and employers are looking for a more diverse talent pool. We plan to skill 10,000 underrepresented tech workers by 2040.
