Role: Strategy Analyst 1
Role Overview
As a Strategy Analyst at reAlpha, you will join the Strategy team, working to shape the future of an AI-powered, vertically integrated real estate technology company. Our team drives initiatives across brokerage, mortgage, title, and technology, with projects ranging from market research and financial analysis to M&A due diligence and go-to-market planning. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to reAlpha’s growth strategy while developing skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor moves, and growth opportunities, and leverage AI-driven analytical techniques to keep us at the forefront of innovation.
- Help prepare presentations, briefing materials, and strategy documents for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to due diligence efforts to ensure that all relevant information is collected and analyzed on acquisition targets, and prepare executive-ready summaries.
- Assist in coordinating small project tasks across Investor Relations, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry news, regulatory developments, and best practices to keep the team informed.
- Learn and apply basic strategy and financial tools while building strong cross-functional relationships.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for greatness and a desire to be part of a disruptive start-up.
