Objective Reality Games is an Ohio-based company that creates cloud-based content for virtual reality (VR) as well as non- virtual reality (VR) games. Bringing our first title, The Deed of Deception to SteamVR in late 2020. As well as an ongoing cloud-based VR streaming platform, The AbstractVR. While our primary focus has always been gaming, In 2024, we began a focus in the industrial and military training space with work on several VR/AR simulation projects.
Position Available: Communications Intern
Responsibilities:
- Community engagement via discord, twitter, tiktok, and Instagram.
- Content creation for social media and longer form youtube/twitch projects.
- Answering company emails and maintaining relationships with key industry partners.
- Assisting CEO in writing grant proposals and working to engage and foster relationships within the respective granting agency (DOD, NSF, etc)
Qualifications:
- Junior or senior in 4-year degree path with a focus on communications, journalism, or related field.
- Ability to demonstrate professional correspondence. Understanding of productivity tools (Slack, Trello, Canva, Microsoft office, etc.)
