Ihre Aufgaben sind
Selbständige Wartung unserer Spritzgussanlagen (Arburg und Engel)
Wartung der entsprechenden Peripherie (Temperiergeräte von Regloplast und HB-Therm, Zentrale Materialtrocknung der Firma Koch, Roboter Systeme der Firma Wittmann und der Firma KUGA sowie Laminar Flow Anlagen)
Fehleranalysen und Reparaturen an Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik
Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an Hydraulischen und Pneumatischen Systemen
Dokumentation der Wartungen
Einholung von Angeboten zur Ersatzteilversorgung
Planung und Steuerung der Monteureinsätze und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
Das bieten Sie
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Mechatroniker
Erfahrung in einem kunststoffverarbeitenden Unternehmen
Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung und Robotik
Selbstorganisation und zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise

Sie arbeiten analytisch, konzeptionell und prozessorientiert
