Position Summary
The Metactix Information Technology Intern will work with our product development and customer success teams. You will work closely with our Director of IT, Director of Product, and Program Lead to identify, track, and resolve various identified issues.
Responsibilities:
● Troubleshoot our software to assist with testing and verification of reported bugs, product features, and other intended updates or adjustments
● Spend time daily and weekly following testing procedures and protocol to be properly and consistently attempting to find or recreate any potential bugs
● Report bugs and other problems that our customers and clients are experiencing and track them daily in Asana or other designated tools to ensure they move
● Provide daily and weekly updates to designated team members about bugs that are being tracked, status of them, and communicate with necessary parties to ensure we are updating or moving them along through our process
● Learn about our product including key details, technical specifications, and other necessary information to speak and understand it properly
● Review and reference documents such as our quick start guide, troubleshooting materials, and other materials to help guide customer success
● Meet weekly with the Metactix team to discuss priorities, status updates, and needs moving throughout the week and month
● Collaborate with project managers across our portfolio of companies to best align on processes, operational needs, and understand proper workflows
