About the Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Data Intern to join our team for the summer. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate interested in marketing analytics, customer insights, and data storytelling. You’ll work on real-world projects, analyzing marketing performance, segmenting audiences, and optimizing campaigns using data.
What You'll Do
- Assist in analyzing marketing campaign performance across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Help develop customer personas using HUCKLE, our proprietary persona-building platform
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors using data analytics tools
- Work with the digital marketing team to track key performance metrics (KPIs) and recommend data-driven optimizations
- Support visualization of marketing data using dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve targeting, messaging, and customer engagement strategies
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, or data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with Excel, SQL, or Python (a plus but not required)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to turn data into insights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
