Esports Foundry is a Columbus, Ohio based portfolio that owns and operates multiple companies across esports, gaming, and technology with the goal of creating an accessible and sustainable solution for programs globally.

Position Summary

The Business Development Intern for Esports Foundry will report directly to the CEO at Esports Foundry. This role is going to focus on managing and growing our pipeline for our business and portfolio of companies.

**Role & Responsibilities **

● Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and customers within our CRM

● Identify prospective leads through social media, responses to RFPs / RFQs, and other lead generation methods

● Communicate with team members weekly on progress updates for potential clients moving through our pipeline, major wins, blockers to address, and other updates

● Meet with Esports Foundry & Vanguard leaders to understand qualifying and quantifying success of Business development and pipeline

● Work with our creative team and portfolio leadership to create proposals and responses for projects and opportunities

● Outreach to potential customers and clients through LinkedIn, Email, or other approved mediums to try to generate new qualified leads for our portfolio

● Collaborate with our data analytics team to generate usable reports and other informational data sets to help illustrate and story tell our growth and pipeline

● Set meetings with potential customers, clients, and our leadership team members

● Qualify leads or opportunities that originate from both inbound and outbound tactics

Position Requirements

● Be in or willing to relocate to Columbus OH or a neighboring area

● Experience working within the gaming or esports industry is a plus

● Previous experience utilizing HubSpot, or another equivalent CRM is a bonus

● Comfortable working within Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
