  • Oversee compliance training programs, ensuring employees are up to speed on quality standards and risk mitigation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Management, and Customers, serving as the central contact for compliance-related matters.
  • This role does not include managing direct reports.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in quality, compliance, or regulatory roles within clinical research, healthcare, or SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience leading audits, implementing CAPA processes, and conducting vendor risk assessments.
  • Experience hosting customer audits and providing timely resolution to auditor findings.
  • With exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you can translate compliance jargon into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a sharp analytical mindset.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

You're not just knowledgeable, you bring a unique blend of expertise, adaptability, and innovation to the table. With a strong foundation in quality and compliance, you understand the complexities of the clinical research and healthcare industries and how compliance plays a critical role in their success. Your familiarity with SaaS products and compliance tools gives you an edge in navigating technology-driven environments, ensuring that processes remain efficient, secure, and fully compliant. Your ability to connect the dots between regulatory requirements, technology, and business needs makes you a strategic asset, setting you apart as a proactive leader who drives real impact.
