We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team in a fast-paced and rapidly growing manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance productivity.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other staff in operations and development to implement new products and improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety protocols.
- Proficient in problem-solving techniques and decision-making under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
